ZaIn Garments Return Policy
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Return: Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

to initiate the return.
Return Shipping: If approved, ZaIn will provide a return shipping label and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, they’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing may take longer). If you haven’t received refund within 15 business days after approval, you can follow up.
Exceptions:
Non-returnable items include perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
EU Cooling-Off Rights: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for any reason—no justification needed—as long as the items are unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
